HIGH 5 for African Business

PROBLEM: A lack of separate micro-lending institutions in many African countries. Once we have a business prepared to launch it is difficult finding the funds

SOLUTION: High 5 for African Business

The concept of High 5 is to create a funding account within Poyeho Project to provide low cost loans for business launches. The initial goal would be to gather contributors who would donate a minimum of $5.00 per month for 12 months as an initial commitment. Each business would be required to have an approved business plan and have worked with Poyeho Project. This way we are working with known individuals that are working under our oversight. In turn, their business receives the money they need to launch and would provide us with on-going reporting on its success.

Contributors would receive a monthly update that would include: account balance, business prospects, loan situations, basically a complete disclosure on what’s happening.

Loan payments would begin based on the projected cash flow and would be setup on an accelerated schedule based on business growth. This pool of money would then be available for more businesses.

200 contributors x $5.00/month x 12 months = $12,000.00
